ChristianaCare is seeking a Cardiac Intensivist for our growing critical care team. The successful candidate will provide daily clinical management for the adult population in our 26 bed cardiac and cardiac surgery ICU/step down unit. The Intensivist cares for patients with advanced cardiac disease and patients undergoing a variety of cardiac surgical and percutaneous procedures including EMCO, acute mechanical circulatory support and LVAD. The Intensivist leads multidisciplinary rounds for cardiac patients and participates in cardiac surgical rounds. He/she will be actively involved in teaching cardiology fellows,APPs, and residents.
