Carle Physician Group is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care department in Hoopeston, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

  • Join an established outpatient-only practice; no panel of primary care patients
  • 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) on Thursday, 10-hour shifts (7am – 5pm) on Saturday and Sunday
  • Convenient Care is open 7 days a week: 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday and 9am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday
  • Works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting
  • Able to consult with specialists across the organization

Education Requirements: 
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
Two years of clinical practice is preferred. 

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
