At Lehigh Valley Health Network, you have the opportunity to make an important impact on the lives of your patients! We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who has great clinical and interpersonal skills to join our ICU team in scenic East Stroudsburg, PA.

Job Responsibilities:

Our ICU is a 12-bed inpatient unit that sees a mix of critical care and trauma patients.  You will join another CRNP or PA-C and a group of intensivists as well as a highly skilled team of Magnet designated registered nurses.  Our ICU is a modern space with spacious rooms and innumerable resources.  The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an intensive care unit as a clinician as well as a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

• This position is full time, 12-hour shifts with a rotational schedule consisting of days, nights, and weekends
• Help assess, evaluate, diagnose, and develop a treatment plan for patients
• Be the advocate for patients and their families and deliver the best patient care experience
• Opportunity for participation in Quality Improvement projects and committees
