The Operations Analyst is responsible for data preparation, analysis, and integrity associated with the Physician Compensation Program for the Baylor Senior Health Centers (BSHC). Provides support in maintaining all business data for review by the BSHC Administration. The Operations Analyst serves as contact to Senior Management regarding data/business operations progress and problem resolution. The Operations Analyst serves as a liaison between Clinics, Physicians, Human Resources, Finance, and BSCH Administration.The Operations Analyst monitors BSHC Physician Compensation Program data to include preparation and analysis of production and compensation reports. The Operations Analyst meets regularly with Physicians to review/interpret data and resolve any issues with data reporting.The Operations Analyst maintains and processes personnel files and employee data for Baylor Senior Health Centers. The Operations Analyst serves as liaison between BSCH Administrative and Health Texas Provider Network Human Resources.The Operations Analyst compiles processes and reviews information (raw data) from several programs, including Access and Excel to generate reports as needed.The Operations Analyst designs and generates routine and specialized reports for departmental and administrative use. Performs queries and provides downloads of information as requested. Analyze trends, graphs data, and prepares reports. Reports to include and not limited to month-end, year-end, visits, and other date-specific reports.The Operations Analyst performs audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and the integrity of data. The Operations Analyst coordinates the analysis of error and control reports and resolution of data problems.
