Position Summary: Regional Clinical Director serves as a vital member of the MMA/Careline leadership team. This role will directly report to careline medical director and partner with the careline dyad to plan, organize, and prioritize the carelines strategy and operations in the executing on the careline strategic priorities. The role will be accountable for the management of careline providers including engagement, provider performance reviews, quality/process improvement and adherence to MultiCare Health System cultural and other standards, bi-directional communication and clinic performance. This role will also work with careline directors and managers in overseeing clinical, operational, financial and behavioral standards and performance. The Regional Clinical Director will maintain a level of clinical and administrative FTE, as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: Previous leadership experience preferred Completion of formal leadership training preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Active ARNP, CNM, PA-C licensure and other associated credentials determined relevant by Careline and MMA leadership BLS required
